    I need advice/ someone to look into my ongoing refund prob! paypal not accepting certificate of posting or registered mails retail receipt as proof of return shipping to seller! wtf? they keep closing & I keep appealing... I have since asked Anpost to post me a copy of the royal mail delivered printout - what else can I do? or what else do I need to prove it was returned/delivered? cheers for any help, gus

    UPDATE: after MANY patient calls to paypal, the dispute has ended in my favour. (seems it all depends on who you get on other side of phone)
