    I had dealings with them a few years ago and they were atrocious to deal with if anything went wrong.

    Check out saveonlaptops.co.uk I haven't dealt with them myself, but i hear they're quite good.

    have bought about 15-20 laptops from laptops direct for friends and family both new and refurbs!! refurbs are a steal. Go for it. Never had any problems

    only looked at the laptop now, that is one nice laptop. id snap it up if i had the mulah
