    Rotation is very very late there. Wonder what the story is with a rejected take off? Surely V1 isn't that short of VR, so there wouldn't be enough rwy to stop?

    Yeah, would love to go there too, I don't think there's a whole lot of movements (couple of dozen per day) though so definitely a case of quality over quantity!

    Been there done that :D ........but would do it again :)
    I was there for one of those very rare runway 27 departures by a 747,it may even have been the day that video was shot.

    No zoom lens required when on Maho Beach this was taken with a wide angle lens ;) If you were to use a zoom there just might be too much detail of small areas of exposure :rolleyes::cool:

    When you factor in the local Twin Otters,Islanders and heaps of Biz Jets it would be more than a couple of dozen.
