The struts that hold the boot open in my car aren't working. Can they be re-gassed or do they have to be replaced?

    Thanks

Easy to replace on most cars; they just snap on and are held in place by a clip. I ordered some online from strutsdirect.co.uk when they went on a family member's Megane hatchback.

Aye, replace is pretty easy on most cars.

Thought as much thanks. Just didn't want to be making more work for myself unless necessary!
