    Hi all... I'm a newbie so pls bear with me!! would anyone be able to help me. My home broadband has been down :( for nearly 2 weeks now and upc 1908 number is not working, they are not responding to my emails either so I'm not sure what to do..does anyone have another number or advice that I can do here? thanks

    Try ringing 01 245 8000

    But before you ring, have you tried the obvious things like restarting your modem?

    hi yes have restarted, reset, unplugged, used ethernet cable but to no avail!!
