Hi! Can someone please please help. I have an essay due in a week and I am finding it difficult.
    This is the essay:

There are many rules governing the election for the office of President of Ireland and they are not all in the Irish constitution.
•Discuss the above statement referring to the rules governing the Irish presidential election. 1000 words.

•Discuss the changes, if any, you would propose to reform the election process. If you believe that there is no need for change, give reasons why the process requires no reform. 1000 words

If any of you can help me out, I'd be eternally grateful!

Seems pretty straightforward, what in particular is your difficulty?

You need to look at the electoral acts.

The information that is required is what I'm finding difficult. It's a straightforward question but I don't really know where to begin. Im not a law student but law is one of my majors.
