    Hi All,

Sorry for the complicated question(s) but needs to be asked...

Lets say company A and Company B are competitors. But both companies are forced to work on a project to deliver a solution to a Customer.

Company A hire someone from Company B and that person(lets call him/her Darragh) then leaves for another separate company.

The customer is not happy about Company A persistence to hire new people every couple of weeks. Some time passes and Company A decide to make some new hires but instead of creating a new acocunt with the customer they decide its better to re-activate Darragh's account and pretend he has decided to return to the company.

A person(Lets call him/her Shaun(a) in Company B finds out about this and lets his work colleagues know. Company B feel obliged to let the customer know this is going on.

    1. what kind of trouble would Company A be in for this?
    2. What kind of trouble would Shaun(a) be in?
    3. What kind of trouble would the person that gave the authorization to re-activate someone else account under false pretenses be in?
    4. What sort of action should Darragh take since it is his/her name being used?

    Thanks in Advance
