In this case can we can call the banks the 'dealers' & the people who borrowed sums such as these 'the junkie' What chance if any do the banks believe…

What chance if any do the banks believe they can recoup
such sums, if any at all? I'ld like to hear from the people
who sanctioned these loans & what position they are in?
