    Hi,

I moved across the border in late 2009 with my wife as she now works in Tyrone, but I continue to travel to work in Donegal. I now appear to be taxed as a single person. Can this be right???

Revenue won a case about this in the High Court in 1995 - Seamus Fennessy (Inspector of Taxes) v John McConnellogue. There is a view that the decision isn't compatible with EU law, but until someone goes back to court, you will continue to be taxed as a single person.
