Hi I hope i am in the correct forum... please guide me to the right one if I am not :-)
I am having a problem with my HP Deskjet f4580. it has just stopped working. i turned it on yesterday and the power light is on, the indicator light is on (orange) and the 3 lights beside plain, photo a4 and photo 10x5 are all on. Nothing is blinking. However i cannot turn it off using power button. it seems like its frozen > Any ideas what roblem might be? I am so stressed as have lotta college work to print. Any advice would be grately appreciated :-)
