Paypal return €1 - how long?

    I searched the forums, but couldn't find much info about it.

    Just one simple question, I added a 3V (Yeah I know they're crap...), and paypal took €1 off my card.

    My question is, how long before I am returned this money?

    I made a foolish mistake of not putting enough money on card (the product I wanted should have been ~€144 according to xe.com, but paypal want €149.96 and I only put €150 on the card!)

    Was it not €1.50 that was taken ?
    You will receive a refund when you verify your Paypal account .

    Find the 4 digit code on your 3V statement ( online ) and enter it into Paypal to verify .

    You should then receive a refund .

    No. As soon as I added the card to my account, the €1 was deducted.

    I didn't try to confirm and link card.
