Would the Android thread not be the place for this? Especially if you want fair and balanced opinions.:D

The S2 is way too big imo. I am able to quite comfortably operate my iPhone with one hand. I doubt this is as easy with the S2.

if you do want to try something different then maybe wait a bit longer for Galaxy S 3.

Stupid advice. Go for the G 2 - it's powerful enough that it won't be outdated for the next year or so, even with the arrival of other handsets next year.

The G 3 won't be out 'til around April! Keep waiting and you'd never have anything!

it was only suggestion as OP already has Iphone 4 and maybe waiting longer should be considered since G2 has been around for a while. With iphone4 i don’t see need for any urgency as its excellent phone, all to be considered, no need to rush.

Maybe you should also keep you temper in a check before dishing our personal insults and calling people stupid.

Looks like the benchmark are coming out http://www.anandtech.com/show/4951/iphone-4s-preliminary-benchmarks-800mhz-a5-slightly-slower-gpu-than-ipad-2.

400MHz slower and probably with half it's ram, still out performs the SGII. ;)

I had the iPhone 3G, 3GS and 4 and then got the Galaxy S2 out of boredom really - nothing wrong with the iPhone 4 but I felt like a change.

I have to say that I have absolutely no regrets as the screen and performance are outstanding. After using the S2 you realise how small the iPhone screen is these days.

For those that claim the S2 is too big, rubbish! It is still easy to use in one hand and the Swype keyboard makes text entry an absolute joy.

Hope you enjoy the S2 - it is still the best handset currently available; why else would Apple be so keen to ban it?

I was thinking about switching myself but since I use my phone for a lot of video playback (12 hour shifts) I am on the fence. I have heard that due to the large screen that the s2 really has terrible battery life. Anyone confirm the video playback time?

Personally, I'm hoping to get the 4S. I've had an android nearly 2 years. Customs roms and lots of apps, I've just gotten bored. I want a change for the next 12 months, so going iOS. My WinMo is grand, but just lacking. If I had a 4, I wouldn't bother with the 4S.
