Hi need a little help please. Am trying to return an Advent AW10 printer I bought in PC World but of course they won't accept it without the box. Which was destroyed after leaving it outside (not smart I know). I would really really appreciate if anyone in the Dublin area has a box they would be willing for me to take off their hands. I am willing to pay for it if necessary!

    Thanks

Is it change of mind or a fault with the machine? If the machine is faulty its their problem and you do not have to return it boxed by law

Unfortunately mostly a change of mind. I was never told when purchasing the printer that cartridges cannot be refilled, that there are no generic cartridges that can be used, and that the printer is exclusive to PCWorld, Dixons and Currys, and that the cartridges are €17 for black. Which is all fine but the three times Ive gone in there looking for ink they havent had any! And no one else is stocking either. :(
