Hi, I applied for BTEA over two months ago. The course i'm doing starts this week and there is still no sign of the allowance. This means i still have to go pick up my money and sign on which will result in me missing several hours. I've dropped down to my social welfare office numerous times over the past two months…

Hi,

I applied for BTEA over two months ago. The course i'm doing starts this week and there is still no sign of the allowance. This means i still have to go pick up my money and sign on which will result in me missing several hours.

I've dropped down to my social welfare office numerous times over the past two months inquiring about the delay and each time i am told, "yeah, they're sending out letters to everyone". I can't even get them to confirm that they have received all the information that they require from me, or that they even have a record of me applying.

Is anyone else experiencing this delay and what can i do about it?
