    Hi,

    I am considering renting an apartment in North Bank down by the Point but I have found a lot of bad reviews about it. I have read there is a lot of antisocial behavior going on and lots of parties and that the management company is NAMA.


    Is this all true or should I carry on looking for somewhere better?

    Keep looking.

    That apt block is going from bad to worse. Castleforbes Sq is far better but may be about €100 more a month for a two bed

    It looks like I'll keep looking the offer seemed a bit too good to be true. A few people have now said to avoid it.
