Never using AN Post Recorded Delivery Again

When asking about an "attempted delivery" I couldnt have been less helped. I asked them for something to show me where the package was sent and was told we dont keep any record and then the guy just hung up on me. It was a recorded delivery and I need the details to close an ebay case I have against the seller.
