    Why are they so bandy?

The one on the ground floor of the business building I'm talking about mostly.

The ones in the Engineering Building aren't "bandy" at all. Very sturdy and easy to use.

I mean the rate at which the water is dispensed. I can finish an assignment before a 500ml bottle is filled.

The fountains aren't even fit for drinking, I'd get more hydration sucking moisture from rocks!! :pac:

I tried to use the one in the business building today but couldn't get my head around it so just walked away.

One in the nursing building is usually grand. We don't have one in the science building :( Or else it's very well hidden.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Yeah but then my visits would be more frequent.

It is. There's a separate tap yoke for filling bottles.
