Rubbing Alcohol question

Hi can I use rubbing alcohol to clean wine from the actual inside of my laptop - following spill accident! - Ive managed to flip over the keyboard but can see some wine in the machine itself - also there is a blue ribbon just slightly left of the spacebar - seems to link into the area right beside where the keyboard ribbon…

can I use rubbing alcohol to clean wine from the actual inside of my laptop - following spill accident! - Ive managed to flip over the keyboard but can see some wine in the machine itself - also there is a blue ribbon just slightly left of the spacebar - seems to link into the area right beside where the keyboard ribbon goes - sorry I dont know inside components names - which had a fair bit of wine on it - whats the best way to clean that off - is it rubbing alcohol on lint free cloth?
Ive used the hints in the sticky for the keyboard - just stuck with what to do now.

Isopropyl alcohol might be better, try a chemist shop. "Rubbing alcohol" would have other substances apart from the alcohol, which might leave a residue.
