Hi, I currently have a digital+ box connecting to my main TV. I want to upgrade to the HD bpx but I want keep my current box.
Is it correct that this will cost me 5 euro extra a month ?

It's unlikely they gave u a hd box unless you subscribed to it when joined. The hd box I have is a long thin cisco box. Does you box gave a hdmi output on it? If not, then it's not a hd box. If yes it's just a case of upgrading you sub

If you're talking about having multi room as far as I know it'll cost an extra €10 a month for the HD box.
The extra €5 you're talking about is just for the normal box without Digital+ or HD.

If you want to just upgrade to a HD+ box, then it's a fiver a month, but there's a connection fee.

If you want to move your digital+ box to another room and get a HD+ box in the current room, then it's an extra tenner a month (with free connection, bizarrely).

The subscription for the HD box is €5 so an extra €5.

Free only if you order online (which means you have to supply bank details to set up a dd if you don't have one already). I ordered the same over the phone over the phone and they waived the connection fee once I hinted I'd be getting my tv from Sky if they insisted on the charge. It was a self-install, so a charge isn't justified in my mind.
