I have searched various threads to get a handle on this, but much of the information does seem to be 2-3 years old.

From midlands what size dish is required ?
Are channels viewable or is PAL/SECAM(?) issue still relavant (Iassume Frech TV system has not changed in last 2 years)?
    Any other relevant info ?

It would appear from lack of clear information that French TV is difficult o get but before I put test rig up onto permanent fixing on side of my house just wondered if it is worthe sticking in an LNB for 5w, having got 13e/109e and 28e up and running on 80cm dish

an 80cm dish should be grand for the midlands, we are using slightly smaller one in Connemara for 5west, Don't actually look at the french stuff, but seens them there.
