    Will Connacht qualify for H Cup next year if they finish abover last Welsh team??

    No, unless a Scottish team wins a European trophy.

    The last Welsh and Irish teams can only qualify if either themselves or one of their provincial neighbors wins one of the Europena trophies.

    Or if both Europen trophies are won by magners league teams.

    Not true if this happens the highest ranked country in the ERC rankings that don't otherwise qualify will qualify
