    Hello All,

I have a a couple of questions about sky multiroom. I've been onto them a couple of times in the past few days and each person there has given me different info.

One tells me it's €15 no matter how many rooms you have it in.....another told me it €15 per room

Can anyone tell me how much it actually costs?

Basically I have a sky + hd box in the sitting room (have since gotten rid of the hd though). I want to get another basic box for one of the rooms upstairs and I want to use the xbox to view sky in another room.

Does anyone have any idea how much that would cost?

Sky multiroom for new customers is €10 per month for one room but they do a "wholehome" offer where the multiroom price is capped at €15 p.m if you have 2 or more multiroom boxes.

If you're an existing customer it's €15 per multiroom box.

Sky Go is an alternative, you can register 2 devices e.g XBOX or laptop and watch Sky on them free. What you see is dependent on your package on the main box.

Maybe a bit of haggling on the phone to Sky might get you a deal seeing as you're prepared to give them more money;)

Yes, if your parents have a Sky sub you will get whatever they have for €15/month and will be able to view it independent of what they are watching. No problem in watching it on Xbox etc - from Sky's web site
Sky TV Customers: Live TV available in line with your Sky TV subscription at no extra cost. On demand content available on PC, Mac, Xbox 360 or Fetch box in line with your Sky TV subscription at no extra cost until 1 Feb 2012. To watch Sky Movies and/or Sky Sports on-demand you must take Sky Movies 1&2 and/or Sky Sports 1&2. Sky TV packages €25-76 per month.

Edit/ If its the first time for your parents to have multi-room they will get a free box also
