    Agreed, and what miles are on it? 86k? I'd be pushing much harder than E3k. It's a thirteen year old Alfa after all. Lovely though and it looks mint. I'd be looking for a full history with receipts.

    I took a quick look at it toady, and the car is mint. Engine is perfect, loads of service history. The guy in the garage says he'll let it go for €3000, which I think is reasonable.

    You'd want two or three of them for 3 grand, if he actually wants that for It he must be making 2 grand on it.

    With respect, it's OK to like a car but you shouldn't make it too obvious to the seller. You obviously love the car and will be buying with your heart but I'd step back a bit and cut your budget. Three grand is way too much to be paying for it.
