    Hi

RE Income Tax Comp y/e 2010 for a small trader

They are also in receipt of 3 pensions, state pension, foreign pension (Double Taxation Treaty exists) and private pension.. Am I right in saying all 3 are taxable income?

    Cheers

    2) Probably yes - some foreign pensions aren't taxable here under the governmental services exemption found in most double tax treaties.
    3) Yes.
