rte player problems

    hi, my rte player will not work. the website opens and when i click on the pic of the programme i want to watch it just takes me to the next page but where the video should be playing is just the grey screen. new tv3 player works fine though can anyone help pls with rte player problem. is it a adobe flash player prob. tried disabling the hardware accelerator but no luck with that.

    Have this problem also, i just change to Chrome and it works

    u need to totally remove flash player and re-install it, after a lot of b*****ing i finally got it to work. solved my prob on wgt.com as well(golf game). i mean totally remove it.

    System ...win 7 64 bit. ie 64 bit. Tried that no good how to I totally remove flash player. Can't get it all out of Windows.... am afraid I will wreck my O.S. ?

    Along with the above I would also remove Firefox and IE reinstall them also.

    Use Opera to start over and run CC Cleaner also.

    I had pretty much the same issue and that's what worked for me.

    I have the exact same problem... did you find an answer to the problem... it is awful annoying... Tried everything nothing works...
