Fit4bike cost me €100 for a road bike, think its €150 for TT tri bars are extra. Guy did a great job including fitting some wedges under my cleats as my right knee had a tendency to flail out slightly on the down stroke. Probably will save me a fair bit of hassle injury wise over the years. He gives you a video of your technique and a full list of measurements if you need to fit another bike.

For me it was worth the price. I feel a lot better on the bike and my back is not near as sore as it was. It has helped performance also.

Depends on your training and the courses you race on.

If you're going to race on relatively flat courses in aggressive aero, then you should do most of your training in that position as well, and adjust your bike fit accordingly.

If your races mostly resemble IM Moo, with a lot of twists, turns, ups, and downs, you'll want more of a road setup.

You should train in the same position you race to get the right muscle recruitment.
