My iTunes is working fine, but when I try to access the store, it just wont load. It begins to, but the panel at the top of the screen stops half-way, and wont go any further. I considered downloading iTunes again, but then wont i lose all my songs? i.e isn't it impossible to upload songs from your ipod to a new iTunes account?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

you won't lose the songs if you reinstall itunes
if you ever have to use a new computer use sharepod to copy everything off the ipod and then add it to itunes before you sync

I'vebeen having the same problem but I have reintalled iTunes and it still hasn't improved the situation. I don't know why it is happening. When the store does load its a text only version that is all over the shop and if I try and click on anything the screen doesn't move on to the next option. Getting extrememly frustrated.

    Any other suggestions?
