    There will be a Sanshou competition on in the c.m.w.s hall in kildare town on the 30th of october at 10am, Everyone is welcome to enter or just come along on the day to have a look, weightin will take place between 10am and 10:30 , with the first fight starting roughly at 11.. this will be the 5th competition that we have done this year, next year we hope to do 6, as i said everybody is welcome to enter just remember it FULL CONTACT.. The body guards will be there for everybody to use, just bring a pair of 10oz boxing gloves and shin guards...
