no power and probably loads of smoke if the turbo is gone.

I drove another 1.6D S40 an hour previous and that one was noticeably more powerful. How do I prove that turbo is gone, no smoke was noticeable though.

    How about NCT?

    Thanks

Why bother proving it, just don't buy the fecking thing.

    ^^^100%.

As for the lack of power, there is any number of things other then a turbo it could be.

Seller will rectify it, and this car seems to be particuarly good value.

You want to trust a complete stranger to spend whatever money is required to rectify a problem on an already good value cheap car he is trying to get rid of???

I hope that goes well for you!
