k800i - "Cannot Play this sound"

    Following a recent Master reset (settings only), my Sony Ericsson k800i will no longer play mp3 or 3gp files. I have midi files (ringtones) which the device will play.

    I have looked for help online but as of yet, to no avail.

    Any ideas please?
