Just want to pick up a cheap PC tower, nothing special or important, the main requirement is to have good enough graphics and be able to play back 1080p .mkv video files. Once it can handle this I'd be happy it will never be used in the normal computer sense, just connected to the TV via HDMI and controlled with a wireless mouse to play back videos via VLC media player. I wonder could this be done for less than €400?
