Getting into buildings on weekends?

I'm a distance student so don't really have much opportunity to make it into the college during the week. Went to DCU today to try and use the computers (I'm doing an engineering course) but everywhere was locked and my card wouldn't let me swipe in.

Just wondering how I can get access/get my card activated?

Stupid question I know but google hasn't been very helpful.

Try explain the situation to security staff they might set up your card to let you in

Hey man, to get yer card granted permission. Either go up to or email Suzanne Dockery the engineering secretary. She takes your details and activates your card so you can get in the basement or the door up the steps of the engineering building.

You can get in through the computing building or get your course supervisor (assuming you are doing CAMME it is Paul Young) to get permissions to gain access.
