Has anyone used / recommend a hypnotist in Cork , if so how did it go ? I am thinking about trying hypnosis as an aid to weight loss.

I tried it years ago but I was only 13ish I think to try and get over fear of injections and well it didnt work much but then I dont think I wanted it to work. I think that is a big part of it you have to want it to work

curly, i can't recommend a hypnotherapist in cork but i have used the before and was happy with the results. however, you do need to work on things yourself - you dont just get hypnotised and then everything is fine.
