Have you moved house, but have some TV licence remaining?

Hi. I'm only gonna be in my rented house for the next 4/5 months but we're getting urgent TV licence letters. Does anyone want to transfer their unneeded licence to our address for the remainder of it? We're happy to pay the balance.

It's a very simple process in the Post Office.

    Cheers,

    Scott

I'm not really confortable with this thread TBH. I know you can transfer your licence to another address but I've never heard of it being transferred to a different person and I'm not sure that is what was intended.
