does anyone know anything about his status?
I heard he got weils disease.
is this a real threat with swimming in rivers?

I'm pretty sure he'll be just fine. It's just another on of those stories his PR people embelish. I'd say it's true he took the test alright - pretty standard procedure. I can't wait to hear all about it on talk show after talk show after talk show....

If your swimming in unclean rivers that have rat urine in them then yes. I'd hazard a guess that the Thames isn't the cleanest river around, espcially the parts walliams was swimming in.

lough gill in sligo has been flagged by testers in sligo IT as having high levels of cryptosporidium. it's not often used for swimming but there are occasional swims up there.
