    Seems to me that people in the public eye are getting madder and madder.
    If you could institutionalize any body noteworthy who would it be and why?

    I assume you mean Irish celebs. There's too many non-Irish nutballs to mention. Tom Cruise for one.

    Funnily enough, Irish people don't tend to go all out completely over the top bananas like in the UK or the US. Dana being one exception. Day-Lewis being another apparantly. Colin Farrell isn't doing it at all any more.
