Can't cancel Webshots Premium Membership

    Webshots.com were doing a special offer this time last year and I signed up with my debit card on Oct 21 2010 for a year. A few days ago I went into my account and clicked "Cancel Premium Membership" but was taken to a strange page which just said "You're already a Webshots Premium Member".

    This morning I got an email from them saying my membership would be automatically renewed for $30 later this month!!!! :eek: I went back to my account but I'm still not getting a confirmation that my membership is cancelled. I've sent off a message to customer support.

    Just wondering if anybody else is having the same trouble and is there anything I can do to stop them charging my card?

    Panic over! I figured it out. When I clicked "cancel membership" it was taking me to the wrong url!! I had to edit it by deleting ".cel" and add "cancel" to the end of the web address. Fcuking hell. Hope this helps somebody out!
