for under €300 go with the beko , good entry level machine -

if you could stretch an extra €50 go with a Bosch , the W A E models not the W A A model

    WAE model is €580----€598 delivered.

The Machine I have is a 6th Sense Whirlpool, it was over €600 (bought thinking it would last a good 10 years at least) had to have it replaced in two Weeks originally, something wrong, and now replacment broke a few years later. With trouble on and off aswell.

Previous experience getting someone out to fix a Fridge before has thought me not to bother anymore.

And definitely not to spend big money.

Will check the Bekos. The lower the Tech the better I think....
