Anyone who grew up in the 80's will remember grotbags who was on the telly with rod hull and emu

sadly, the actress carol lee scott who played her died over the last few days

grotbags scared the bejaysus out of me when i was young but it was harmless kids tv and superior to the trash children are being subjected to today

    RIP Grotbags

There's somebody at the door. There's somebody at the door.

We used say that in school anytime there was a knock at the door.

Now that I see Grotbags again I remember her. I saw her in an ad for something or other a few years ago and knew that I knew her from somewhere.

On a perhaps similar note they were talking about The Krankies -shudder - on Radio Nova as I was on the way into work a few days ago and even played a bit of their song: Fan Dabby Dozy. Fan Dabby Fookin Shyte.

Hadn't heard of them since the days of ol' Stewpot on Crackerjack.
