I'm going to have a few hours to kill on a Sunday up in Dublin for the time being, was wondering if there are training sessions/free mat sessions on? MMA, Jitz, or Thai, not too bothered. I'm going to post this in both forums but if Mods think I'm taking up too much space, feel free to move smile.gif

The club i'm in trains on Sundays starting at noon in Blanch village. www.nafiannafinn.com

Depends on the area you'd be looking into too. There's a cool group of guys in Maynooth that train most sundays too. Can find you the info if you're interested?

best of luck in your search! enjoy your training :)

No class this Sunday, because of the Leinster Open.

I can vouch for the classes in Wild Geese.Very welcoming atmosphere within the club and a good mix of experience(two brown belts, three black belts)on the mat.For more information contact Wild Geese Martial Arts.

Here's another recommendation for Donal over in Wild Geese.

    Superb judoka and coach.

Yup! BJJ rolling 2-4 at Coolmine BJJ every Sunday! Or come down hit the pads or punchbags whatever you want its a very relaxed class ... Sure it's a Sunday after all! :)
