    Tim Allen is back as Mike Baxter, a director of marketing at an outdoor sporting goods store in Colorado, whose home life and world is dominated by women. Especially, in this case, his wife and three daughters, one of whom is a single mother.

    Premieres tonight with a 1 hour episode on ABC.

    Really, really liked this.
    Jokes were predictable, and didn't challenge your brain, but reminded me of a good 90s sitcom... Actually it was pretty much Home Improvement 2.0, but how is that a bad thing?
    I can't see it doing fantastically in the ratings, but I hope it pulls in enough to get a full season order and I'm saying that after 2 episodes. Really want this to be a winner.

    Yeah, I'm up to date on it. Caught the latest episode last night. I'm liking it so far. Nothing spectacular but it does exactly what it says on the tin and is quite funny overall. It's fairly consistent. The cast are great and it's good proper old-school US comedy.

    Watching the first episode as I type and for throw away TV it's quite decent. Tim Allen is on good form and makes the show watchable. His comic timing is great and the one liners are decent, added points for the Toy Story reference.

    It's not a show I'd go out of my way to watch but it is something that I'll happily throw on to kill 20 minutes.

    I'm really enjoying this - great cast, simple premise, and basically Home Improvement with girls... What's not to like?

    Most underrated show of the season at the moment... Episode 9 was brilliant...

    No idea why this turd is still on the air, and Tim Allen is about 15 years out of style....renewed for a third season, guess Reba can give TV Land a shot....her sitcom seems well suited to that network.
