Hi guys, I was moving some mails around (from an IMAP account to a POP3 account) and two of the largest folders didn't appear after the move:

I turned on the mail count numbers and the folders have a size:
    bvE1U.png

I also copied the one with 1032 emails and did a cleanup on it and the number dropped to 444... I think there may have been duplicates.
So why aren't they showing?

    Cheers if you can help.

I'd suggest you provide more information such as exactly how you were transfering from one account to the other. There are a hundred things that could have gone wrong so without specific detail it's hard to guess what the problem is.

I was transferring by drag and drop from one folder on the IMAP account to another on the POP3 account (of the same email address), I assume it was copying it from the server over to the Outlook .pst file, the file transfer dialog was going fine, then Outlook looked like it was "Not responding" for a second and then it looked like it had finished.
It's was just those two folders, others copied over perfectly fine, not sure what happened.

Sorry but, it's still hard to tell without seeing it. Sounds like the copy didn't complete properly or is too large or got corrupted during the process. All I can suggest is restore if necessary and try again.
