Channel 5 missing from 'other channels'

Channel 5 has suddenly gone missing from our 'other channels' section of sky. We have sky plus with 6 packages and pay direct debit so its nothing to do with unpayment. Anyone got any ideas? I want to watch big brother and its been missing for 3 days
