    Hi guys

I'm travelling to London( heathrow) on Saturday week the 15th, I havnt booked my flights yet. When I first checked they were €150 for 2 adults returning same day now they are €250:mad: I don't mind paying this price if I have to but a friend was saying there's always lots of cancellations that you get for great prices. How do you go about booking cancellations with aer lingus? Is it worth while money wise ?

    Thanks in advance

The nearer it gets to the flight the higher the price. It's not very likely that people will cancel flights anymore as the fare is normally non refundable so they have nothing to gain by cancelling.
Even if they do these seats will be sold at the higher price as they can be sold to business people going to last minute meetings.

Book your flights asap to get cheap fares.

I was told before to clear out the cookies folder on your pc, companies use these to track how often you visit their web-site and in particular airlines when checking travel dates, don't know if it's true or not.

As far cancellations, afaik the airline pockets the money less the tax and can still charge top price for the seat if someone wants to buy it.
