Ask Knifey Spoonie on here, AFAIK he's considering a Greddy charger for his Celica.

You have two options when looking to supercharge, You can look at a Blitz Kit, this was the kit Toyota used but toyota in the Corolla Compressor. I would be looking towards a Greddy just because its cheaper.

I would suggest you have a look at getting a Apexi Power FC before you look at bolting on a Supercharger. They are reported to give great gains, between 12-20hp . Im hoping to get my one mapped and installed in the couple of weeks and will see what gains are really available.

I would say check out Monkey Wrench in the US, They supply a full range of performance and engine bit and bobs for the 2ZZ

Do you have cams to deal with the overlap or do you plan to try and dial it out with adjustable cam gear?

Not sure if it's a practical application for a Celica (as the intercooler sits atop the engine) but Lotus supercharge the 2ZZ engine for the Exige, so perhaps a little research into the parts they choose could be useful.

standard bonnet is fine with a supercharger..... i have the 190 engine and bolted on a c2 power turbo kit not too long ago.. If I were you i would check out this video....

this is a rotrex supercharger kit which gives great gaines ! plus you get the best of both worlds cause you get the turbo dumpvalve noise lol

now also bear in mind you can build your own supercarger kit ! ... by buying parts seperatly online and if you are handy with making brackets etc and measuring for piping
