sort out your nervous/anxiety problems if thats the only thing making you want to smoke.

The best way to stop smoking is to "take care of yourself". You need to concentrate on different things at the time of anxiety or nervous, get out of it and help someone, try new things, keep busy, take up a hobby. Here you may need to treat the anxiety, not the smoking.Always remember, smoking will not do anything good for you! If you fix this on your mind you can come out of this.
