How to cut a perfect circle in Photoshop?

    How can I cut a perfect circle without it been pixelated? :o

    Yeah you can refine a selection to control the level of aliasing.
    So it's probably better to just the elliptical marquee tool to cut out the shape.

    Use shift + eclipse tool.
