I've already got Apocalypto, and on BluRay it's immense, well worth 8Euro

Yeah Bargain Alert in Golden Discs is surely an oxymoron.

You'd wonder how they make any money in this day & age especially because their shops are so small & the selection so limited. They had a decent sized shop in the pavilions swords but recently moved in to another tiny shop in the pavailons. I was in there at the weekend & you could barely move in the place it was so small & they had no blu-rays for sale. If a chain like HMV is struggling, how do Golden Discs manage to stay going.

After working there for 5 years (up to about 3 years ago), there used to be plenty of bargains ;). Only recently I picked up 8 dvds in a sale for €20.....5 Top Gear DVDs, a Munster rugby DVD, the making of Only Fools and Horses, and a movie called the Escapist, I think that was the name of it, haven't watched it yet!
I will probably be in a Golden Discs in the next couple of days picking up Senna, so I will check out if there are many blu ray bargains
