    Did you get a P45 ?

You could phone up Revenue in January and ask for a balancing statement and it should sort itself out.

You could ring 1890222425, have your PPS number ready and ask for a P21 balancing statement.

Or register on revenue.ie for PAYE anytime and order it thru that. Phonecall is quicker tho and register in your own time.

what if your employer doesnt want to give you a p45 ?

P45 your entitle to when you cease working

if they dont give you it then phone up the revenue and let them deal with your ex employer

    you may be mistaking a P60 with a P45 ?

a P60 your employer gives you at the end of the tax year normally in around jan or feb :)

phone up your previous employer or go in to them and asked them for your P45 which your entitle to when you ceased working for them

if they fob you off tell them your going to get in touch with the revenue and see if they do anything

if not then phone up the revenue and tell them that your previous employer refusing to issue you with a P45 and they will sort it out for you

thanks. another question, Im clueless in terms of this, I did what you said there, registered and it said Id be posted a pin, so Id expect that this week sometime, what happens after that when I can see what Im owed, if I am. What do I do from there, if I wish to claim it. Im sort of confused, is emergency TAX im looking for back and where do I go from there. can I just claim it online or do I need p45's and such. thanks

Really your better off calling them and asking for a balancing statement if you not reallly sure what you doing.

There are some totals you may have to enter online, best not to do this if you not sure.
