    Hi,

    Hope this is in the right place.

    I'm considering selling an apartment which I bought in Warsaw 7 years ago. I'm just trying to work out what I'm likely to make on it and the associated costs in selling an apartment.

    Can someone give me a ballpark figure as to what management fees are likely to be (if there are any)? Will I have to pay capital gains tax? If so, how much? Any other costs that I'm not thinking of?

    As you can probably guess I'm a complete novice at this game, bought the place when I was still in college and have ignored it since!
